Our Future President : Elizabeth G. Hancox

As we continue on into the future, we are inevitably venturing into the unknown. Countless “what ifs,” begin to fill our minds when we start thinking of what life will look like in twenty years. One thing we can be certain of is that Elizabeth G. Hancox will hold power in The White House, possibly as our president.

Despite being only seventeen, Elizabeth Hancox of Albany, New York, has big plans to come. After graduating from Bethlehem Central High School’s Lab School, Hancox will attend George Washington University located in Washington D.C. While she is there, Elizabeth plans to major in political science through the university’s Colombian College of Arts and Sciences along with minoring in history.

“My major will focus on political theory and operation in both the U.S. and foreign nations, and I will study policy, legislation, and political practice,” stated Hancox. This major will allow Hancox to learn everything and anything that she would have to know in order to become successful in finding work at The White House, as that is what she ultimately wants.

Before she’s able to achieve her dream goal, which entails working in The White House, Elizabeth Hancox must go through the basics.

“After graduating college, I would like to return to my hometown of Albany and begin studying law at the Albany Law School,” said Hancox. Further pursuing her education, especially one in law, will certainly aid Elizabeth Hancox in achieving her goal of one day becoming a prominent figure in The White House.

Subsequent to working in The White House, Elizabeth Hancox would “absolutely love to run for President one day.”

“My campaign would focus on repairing racial divisions and ending lasting injustices that exist in the United States, and creating a more united America,” stated Hancox.

There is no doubt that Elizabeth G. Hancox will attain her goals as her work ethic and drive to make this country a better place is impeccable. We might just be looking at our future President.
