Meet On The Rise and Its Creator

On The Rise was created by September Sinclair in an effort to recognize upcoming films, musicians, political figures, athletes, actors, TV shows, and entrepreneurs of all sorts. You can find everything and anyone who is "on the rise," to be featured on this page. 

September Sinclair plans to pursue her career in journalism for the next four years at Siena College, and hopes to eventually obtain a job as a news reporter.
